Microsoft Access Database corruption

• Multiple users are using the database with different versions of Microsoft Access (or different service packs)
• The database was shared on some ones computer instead of a network server
• Database was never compacted
• Power failure during the writing of data
• Poor design of the database
• Poor design of the database program
